Guidelines for the marketing of H.C. Andersen Festivals' events

As a participant in the Hans Christian Andersen Andersen Festivals, we encourage you to actively participate in the marketing of your own project. In this way, we can together create increased focus on Hans Christian Andersen Festivals. Andersen Festivals, and you can help highlight your event.

Strong common profile

In order to maximize the visibility of the festival and its content, it is important that the festival's overall graphic expression is used in all marketing initiatives - also for the individual project.

Printed materials

H.C. Andersen Festivals does not subsidize the marketing of individual events, but in collaboration with Vester Kopi, we offer you as a player in the festival particularly advantageous prices on posters, flyers, RollUp, etc. See more here.

Help with setup

Vester Kopi is happy to help you insert your material into the festival templates.

Price DKK 150,- + VAT incl. one proof. Additional proofs. Corrections DKK 50,- per time.

Simply send your text written in Word and the images as jpg or pdf files to email: doz@vesterkopi.dk

Deadline: If you deliver all material by Monday in week 33, the finished material can be picked up at Vester Kopi on Friday in week 33. Vester Kopi also receives orders on an ongoing basis in week 34. These will be processed as quickly as possible in the order they arrive.

Radio spots and video

Films, radio spots and similar electronic marketing must be presented with the actor's name followed by “H.C. Andersen Festivals presents”. In this way, we ensure synergy in the overall marketing of the festival and your event on these media platforms as well.

Fonts

The preferred typography in Adobe is “Program OT”.

You are welcome to use the H.C. Andersen Festival's font: Exo in printed material. However, it is not a requirement. If you do not have that font or do not know how to download a font, we recommend Verdana.

The color pink

The code for the festival pink color is:

Sponsorships/funding

H.C. Andersen Festivals and the committees welcome the fact that you as an actor can find more contributors and partners to support your project. Your sponsors will, on equal terms with the festival's other sponsors, be part of the Hans Christian Andersen Festival's business network. Andersen Festival's business network and will be offered unique experiences, networks and exposure depending on their contribution level.

The festival secretariat handles all administration with contracting, ticket packages, exposure, invitations and invoicing directly with the sponsor. 85% of the amount is earmarked for your project. The remaining money is the festival secretariat's direct costs for e.g. purchasing tickets for ticket packages, organizing sponsor events, etc. Andersen Festivals assumes.

For cash partners there are the following contribution levels:

  • DKK 29,500 excl. VAT
  • DKK 57,500 excl. VAT
  • DKK 87,500 excl. VAT

All sponsorship agreements must be concluded and signed contractually no later than. June 1 in the same year as your participation in the festival. The same deadline applies to the submission of sponsor logos so that the festival's marketing department can include them in the marketing material.
